We didn't start with a warehouse or a supply contract — we started with a ute, a chiller, and a list of graziers, market gardeners and small producers across the region whose quality we already trusted.
Valley Harvest is simply the connective tissue: we collect direct from the farm gate, pack to order, and deliver within a day, so the only thing that changes between paddock and plate is a chilled van.
